Fellow Jag Club Members...Please take note of the February Monthly JCCNF Meeting:

Over the last 9+ months, your Club has become much more proactive in its look, feel and approach to building a robust, fun and active organization for it's members.  And because of the success we've achieved so far, we've decided to take this effort to the next level...and embark on a "rebranding" marketing strategy to better reflect that activity and how we're evolving.

A key component of this strategy is a club name change.  A non-profit corporation such as ours in Florida may or may not include the process for that change in its Bylaws. Ours does not.  However, we can remedy that by amending our Bylaws to allow for this change.  We can accomplish that by simple majority vote of…
